By using jeye9 ("Platform", "we", "us") and all related services, you ("user", "member", "you") are considered to have agreed to the terms and conditions set out below. These terms form a legally binding agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please stop using the jeye9 platform. By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the platform, you confirm your acceptance of all these terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

To create and use an account on the jeye9 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. This service is available to users aged 21 and above only. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Residency Requirement

You confirm that you are not accessing this service from any region or country where online betting or casino services are legally prohibited. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your own country.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If suspicious multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be suspended or permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

4.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods for deposits on jeye9 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. All deposits will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may be longer in cases of identity verification or security review. jeye9 reserves the right to reject or suspend withdrawal requests if there is a suspicion of terms violation.

4.3 Payment Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, jeye9 may verify the identity of the account. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit, or must be a platform-approved method.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

In cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, jeye9 reserves the right to investigate accounts, suspend transactions, and hold related funds. If money laundering or other illegal financial activity is suspected, authorities may be notified.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jeye9 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. The combined amount of the bonus and deposit must meet a 10x wagering requirement before withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specific time limit.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory to withdraw winnings earned from a bonus.
• The same bonus cannot be used more than once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses and related winnings will be cancelled.
• jeye9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

The jeye9 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold and up to 1.5% weekly cashback at Platinum. VIP cashback and rewards are also subject to the same bonus policy.

6.1 Betting Decisions

All betting and gaming activity on the platform is conducted entirely at your own decision and responsibility. jeye9 does not provide betting advice or guarantee any outcome.

6.2 Technical Errors

Results caused by a technical error or software fault in any game may be considered void. In such cases, the deposited bet amount will be refunded. jeye9 is under no obligation to pay out winnings resulting from a faulty outcome.

6.3 Cricket Betting

For cricket betting, the decisions of the governing body of BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL or other tournaments are final. If a match is abandoned, suspended or rescheduled, a decision will be made in accordance with the betting policy.

6.4 Fair Play

jeye9 believes in fair play. Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other unauthorized method to place bets is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeye9 platform:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Creating or using an account under another person's identity.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.

8.1 Service Availability

jeye9 strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance or other reasons. jeye9 is not obligated to provide any compensation in such cases.

8.2 Third-Party Software

The platform uses software from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming. The terms and conditions of these providers may also apply. jeye9 is not directly responsible for faults in third-party software.

8.3 Financial Loss
